Legacy recommends taking photos. Submitting digital photos can speed claim processing significantly.
RESOLUTION
Legacy Customers needing reimbursement for a replacement part, labor claim (or both) should take the following steps provided the Legacy Product is covered under Legacy’s Limited Manufactures Warranty:
1. Download a claim form using the link below and print a copy.
2. Make a note of the products Model and Serial numbers printed on the chillers nomenclature sticker or HMI touch screen display.
3. Contact Legacy Chiller Systems at 877-988-5464 and be prepared to provide the following information:
A. Product Model and Serial numbers.
B. A description of what happened resulting in a claim request.
Towards the end of the call, your Legacy representative will provide you with a Case#. The Case number, as well as all addition information requested on the claim form, must to be submitted with supporting documentation within 30 days of the case creation date.
